Business Development Representative

About Us
Since our founding, Pavement Solutions has been a trusted partner in commercial and residential paving projects across the region. We're growing fast and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding Sales & Business Development team.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic prospecting
- Prepare and submit competitive bids, leveraging both self-generated and company-provided leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering solutions tailored to customer needs
- Prepare quotes, manage change orders, and coordinate scheduling with the operations team
- Track all leads, proposals, and client communications in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide regular status updates to both clients and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred
- Experience with estimating or bidding paving/asphalt projects a plus
