We’re hiring! Our fast-paced telecommunications contractor company is looking for a reliable 811 Administrative Coordinator to keep our field operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and process all incoming 811 locate tickets
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely responses
- Keep internal systems and job logs updated daily
- Communicate with utility companies and customers professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all 811 documentation
- Assist the operations team with scheduling, admin tasks, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with safety and state 811 requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in back-office support, office admin, or a similar role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Hard-working, able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure
