Job Overview
We’re hiring! Our fast-paced telecommunications contractor company is looking for a reliable 811 Administrative Coordinator to keep our field operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and process all incoming 811 locate tickets
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely responses
  • Keep internal systems and job logs updated daily
  • Communicate with utility companies and customers professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of all 811 documentation
  • Assist the operations team with scheduling, admin tasks, and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with safety and state 811 requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in back-office support, office admin, or a similar role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Hard-working, able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure
