Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to own the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing initiatives while helping shape the overall marketing strategy behind our growing portfolio of events.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive event registrations, attendee engagement, sponsor visibility, and brand awareness.
This role requires equal parts strategist, project manager, and marketer. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative partners, and external vendors to ensure every campaign is executed on time and at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot
- Create automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and event communications
- Segment audiences to improve engagement and conversions
- Monitor email performance and continuously optimize open rates, click-through rates, and registrations
- Organic Social Media
- Manage and execute organic social media across multiple event brands
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
- Publish content and engage with online communities
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
Event Marketing
- Support the marketing strategy for conferences, networking events, and webinars
- Execute digital campaigns leading up to, during, and after events
- Coordinate promotional assets across email, social media, website, and partner channels
- Assist with attendee communications and sponsor marketing deliverables
Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with leadership on campaign planning and execution
- Help develop integrated marketing initiatives that increase registrations, sponsorship sales, and brand awareness
- Track KPIs and provide actionable reporting and recommendations
Vendor & Project Management
- Coordinate with designers, developers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project status using Monday.com
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet brand standards
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing assets and documentation in Dropbox
- Keep marketing projects organized and moving efficiently
- Assist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives as needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing systems and workflows
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, event marketing, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
- Experience managing organic social media for a brand
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong copywriting and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with designers and creative teams
- Familiarity with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms)
- Experience marketing conferences, trade shows, or live events is highly preferred
