Sr Manager, Quality Validation- Pharmaceutical Opportunity
Role highlights:
- Own the company-wide validation strategy (process, sterile/aseptic, OSD, utilities, CSV)
- Act as the Validation SME across internal teams CMOs/CPOs
- Ensure alignment with FDA/EMA/ICH/Annex 1/GMPs
- Lead protocols, reports, FAT/SAT, URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, Process Validation
- Drive deviations, CAPA, risk assessments, CI, and inspection readiness
- Experience: 10 yrs pharma 8 yrs validation leadership; strong sterile/Aseptic background required
- Comp: $150–$175K base 20% AIP
- Visit manufacturing sites throughout the year
- Hybrid: In-office Tues–Thurs (Richmond HQ)
- Relocation Package offered for anyone outside of the Richmond area
Requirements
- 10 years in Pharma or regulated manufacturing
- 8 years in validation
- Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
