Publishing Sales Representative - Higher Education **TOTAL INCOME 1st year $85K
JOB DETAILS:
- Field-based consultative sales role, calling on professors at colleges/universities during the Spring and Fall semesters
- Work from your own home office during the Summer and Holiday breaks
- Territory = Reno, Carson City, NV, and Northern CA, including San Francisco, Sacramento, and the surrounding area
- Base salary is $70K plus $15-20K in bonus in the 1st year, 2nd year $25-35K
- Mileage Reimbursement Full Expenses Excellent benefits
- 30% overnight travel during the Spring & Fall semesters (approx. 6 weeks a semester)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed a bachelor's degree and enjoys learning
- 1 year of outside sales experience
- Good communication and rapport-building skills, intellectually curious
