We’re adding a Warehouse Manager to own our yard warehouse operations and keep our field crews supplied and moving.
What You’ll Do
- Run the warehouse & yard
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, forms, and materials
- Keep the warehouse, yard, and laydown areas clean and safe
- Inventory & staging
- Receive deliveries, check packing slips, and put material away properly
- Pull and stage loads for jobs based on daily/weekly needs
- Track stock levels and let the office know what needs to be reordered
- Equipment & small engine support
- Perform basic small engine maintenance on generators, saws, compactors, vibrators, etc.
- Help coordinate repairs with outside vendors when needed
- Driving & logistics
- Make parts and material runs as needed (local deliveries and pickups)
- Safely load/unload trucks using a forklift
- Basic admin & computer work
- Use basic computer skills to update inventory, receive PO’s, and log equipment
- Read and follow work orders, packing lists, and simple spreadsheets
What We’re Looking For
Must Haves
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Forklift certified (or willing/able to obtain quickly)
- Organized and able to keep a clean, efficient warehouse
- Basic small engine repair/knowledge
- Comfortable with simple maintenance on concrete tools/equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Email, simple data entry, basic spreadsheets or inventory software
- Comfortable in a self-performing role – this is a hands-on job, not just a desk job
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a Florida warehouse/yard environment (heat, dust, weather)
Nice to Haves
- Experience in construction or concrete supply/equipment
- Prior warehouse, yard, or tool room management
- Knowledge of forms, rebar, and common concrete tools
Schedule & Pay
- Hours: 6:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday
- Steady hours, local work, and a role that’s critical to keeping our jobs running smoothly
