Sourcing Specialist & Operations Support
Position Overview: EBS Recruiters is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team. This role combines candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, social media marketing, and administrative support within a collaborative and growing recruiting firm.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications
- Support recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information in Bullhorn
- Create and publish job postings and recruiting content
- Develop social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Paylocity
- Design recruiting and marketing materials using Canva
- Assist with onboarding, reporting, and other HR-related administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology platforms
- Experience with recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, marketing, or sales support preferred
- Familiarity with Bullhorn, Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
