What You Will Do
- Oversee all aspects of the bar, ensuring the consistent delivery of refined and impeccable service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full beverage program, including cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, non-alcoholic selections, daily specials, and recommended pairings.
- Ensure precise preparation, garnish, presentation, and service of all beverages in alignment with established standards.
- Supervise inventory control, requisitions, par stock levels, and the proper maintenance of all bar equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to coordinate service for in-house events, VIP guests, and special occasions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate bar personnel to maintain service excellence and product knowledge.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Contribute to beverage menu development and the curation of bespoke offerings
- Minimum of 4 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably a Diploma graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or its equivalent.
- Excels in problem-solving and innovative thinking, fostering a team-oriented management style with an emphasis on open communication.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests.
- Proficient in F&B software/systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong expertise in beverage costing and cost control.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and crafted mixed drinks.
