What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Repair Technician position at EBryit Inc?
- Repairing and diagnosing Dell Laptops and Chromebooks. The technicians will also be responsible for placing the broken down boxes and packing material in customer provided on-site designated area.
- Reliable and professional work ethic, someone who takes pride in their work.
- Follow instructions while working in a team or independent environment.
- Ability to read, understands, and follow oral and written instruction.
- Proven experience as a computer repair technician or similar role.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Works well in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience with repairing any of the following: laptops, chromebooks, cell phones, electronics
- A high school diploma or GED is required. Preferred; college or technical school is a plus.
- A certification is preferred.
Environment:
- Warehouse/Configuration Center.
Requirements:
- Full criminal background check and drug screening.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of business professional experience repairing laptops and/or computers.
Education:
- High School Diploma.
Background check/drug screening required.
