What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and handle device intake with professionalism and care.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Mac-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Communicate clearly and honestly with clients, explaining findings and setting realistic expectations.
- Maintain organized service records and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Perform basic networking support (LAN configuration, WiFi troubleshooting).
- Assist with Mac hardware management and internal service operations.
- Jump in wherever needed, this is a startup environment, and everyone contributes to the mission.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming space where customers feel at ease and confident in our process.
