HVAC Installer
$1500 sign on bonus
EHC Sheet Metal / Eberhardt Heating & Cooling is a locally owned and operated mechanical and sheet metal company providing HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and custom sheet metal solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout the Lafayette area.
We are currently hiring HVAC Installers to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Install ductwork, piping, thermostats, and related components
- Assist with system startups and testing
- Read and follow installation plans and specifications
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Work safely and professionally with team members and customers
- Troubleshoot installation issues as needed
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience required
- Sheet metal or ductwork experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- EPA certification preferred but not required
