We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment while ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and controls
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
- Ensure installations meet code requirements, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as needed
Qualifications
- 10 years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- EPA certification required; additional licenses or certifications a plus
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
