Registered Nurse

The Sanctuary of St Cloud Senior living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our Ebenezer team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our busy St. Cloud, MN location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more.

Nursing position includes;

• 80 hours in two weeks
• Evening Shift, extra shift pay for evenings
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation schedule

• Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
• Implements new and updates current resident care plan
• Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
• Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
• Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
• Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $45 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
