We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our Baxter, MN location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident Assistants/Medication Passers, Culinary, Housekeeping, and more.
Nurse schedule includes:
- 8:00am - 5:00pm, day shifts
- Every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities:
- Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
- Implements new and updates current resident care plan
- Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and gets orders as needed
- Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
- Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
- Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
Requirements:
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and physicians or providers
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for Registered Nurses with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $36.94 - $53.29 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.
