Northern Lakes Senior Living has a positive and family-like culture in a beautiful setting, located at 8186 Excelsior Road in Baxter, MN (Brainerd). Our care community hosts Assisted and Memory Care services for a total of 68 units. Managed by Ebenezer we are proud of our skilled, compassionate and good natured team of employees. Serves as Receptionist for the community by answering phones and greeting family, visitors and vendors as well as leading the front desk department. Responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance.
This schedule includes;
- 16 hours every two weeks ; part-time
- Day shift
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Responsibilities:
- Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community
- Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
- Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds
- Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures
Required:
- Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency
- Strong customer service proficiency
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
