What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Ebenezer?
A Brief Overview
This position is responsible for all activities related to Office Management including but not limited to: accounts receivable process for rents and other revenues, accounts payable, and clerical, front desk and marketing support as requested. The position also serves as the supervisor for the Receptionist. This position is for buildings that are 200 units.
- Responsible for the Accounts Receivables Process
- Assists with the Accounts Payable process
- Assists with and coordinates employee hiring and onboarding process
- Maintains employee files following Ebenezer’s policies
- Responds to employee requests and day-to-day questions and/or refers employees to appropriate resource
- Provides leadership and supervision of the Receptionists
Required Qualifications
- 1 year One to Three Years
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
Preferred Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
- 3 years Three to Five Years
