What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Ebenezer?
Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Estoria Cooperative Lakeville in Lakeville, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor, for the overall maintenance of the building.
This maintenance schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, Day shift; Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No weekends - on call for maintenance emergencies
Responsibilities:
- Performs routine maintenance duties
- Performs general repairs
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
- On-Call for Maintenance emergencies
Required Qualifications:
- One to three years of previous experience
- Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational School Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
- Three to five years of previous experience
