We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team! This role monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Trains other building staff, as needed, on basic troubleshooting of building systems and equipment.
This schedule includes;
- Casual / On Call
Responsibilities:
- Repairs and maintains physical structure and grounds
- Processes work orders and performs other duties as assigned
- Assists with turnover of apartments for new residents
Required:
- 1 year experience
- Experience with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems
- Drivers License
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
