What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director - Multi-site position at Ebenezer?
This position is responsible for managing and supervising the financial, programmatic, operational, marketing, and all other business functions of multiple Assisted Living communities. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of community operations in all assigned communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: List – or Senior Housing , Business or related
- 1 year One to Three Years
- MS Office
- Licensed Assisted Living Dir Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board
- Meets requirements for Assisted Living Director – In Residence (ALD-IR) by obtaining a permit form BELTSS as an ALD-IR within 30-days of hire date and have experience in the management of an AL or related facility or must be enrolled in a BELTSS approved program within six (6) months of permit issuance (Refer to MN Rule 6400.7080B). Required to graduate from approved program, complete the field experience and pass the examinations within one year of hire date

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
