Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Available
Mission: Provide person-centered care in a progressive, faith-based community.
Primary Purpose: Deliver direct care and services to residents, ensuring well-being and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Eben Ezer’s values and care plans for bathing, grooming, meal service, housekeeping, and more.
- Maintain privacy and respect, documenting care per state/federal regulations.
- Assist with appointments and transportation, providing emotional and physical support.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and team members about residents’ conditions.
- Perform basic assessments (e.g., glucometer, blood pressure) and maintain a clean work area.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CPR, First Aid certification, and computer experience preferred.
Skills:
- Time management, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork.
- Compassion, patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility equipment. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts.
