Role Description

Qualified applicants should possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to self-direct, strong background in active hospital project/construction management, client representation and marketing professional services as well as personnel management. The role also requires experience in overall construction project management, risk evaluation, and value judgment decision making.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and scalability across organizational growth and operations.
  • Support meetings, set clear goals, and resolve blockers to maintain project and/or program momentum.
  • Analyze data, identify deficiencies or issues, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders (Develop and deliver regular updates and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on progress, risks, and key metrics).
  • Develop and maintain operational plans, roadmaps, flowcharts, and visual diagrams for program clarity and stakeholder transparency.
  • Support the development of training materials and documentation, supporting teams with effective tools for success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and identifying owners for each workstream.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, driving continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback and metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops on key topics like data integrity, process optimization, and workflow integrations. Provide tools and knowledge necessary to ensure program is successful.
  • Manage integrations between Smartsheet, PowerBI, and other platforms to enhance workflow automation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion best practices for Smartsheet usage and related program and process management platforms to improve resource management, project tracking, and program schedules.
  • Partner directly with C-suite and/or senior leaders to translate data-driven analysis and process improvement findings into clear, actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive organizational change.


Qualifications

  • College degree from an accredited university. Preferred degree in architecture, BS in construction project management or engineering.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contractors
  • Program Management Experience (preferred 3-10 years)
  • Experience with data visualizations // Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
  • Data can be ambiguous such as stakeholder feedback.
  • Capable of working independently, self-starter, and collaborative.
  • Must have an acceptable driving record.

  

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Typical business hours are between 7 AM and 5 PM. At times, work hours will require off hours work outside of normal business hours and may include work on Saturday and Sunday to meet project deadlines and support project requirements for clients with 24×7 business operations (typically less than 10% of time).
  • Travel required within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Typically, 5% of the time.
  • The work environment will primarily be on the client’s site in the Seattle area (expect to be on-site 4 days a week), with the flexibility to work remotely from home depending on project needs.
  • Field work which may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather and include transport and handling of sensitive electronic equipment of up to 30 pounds.
  • Physical attendance to perform field investigation, attend in-person design meetings at client/architect locations.

  • *Comp Range $100,000-150,000. Final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles at EBD Services are bonus eligible.
