EBAS is partnering with an AI-native B2B startup building the context engine for enterprise go-to-market teams. The company connects every system a GTM team already uses (CRM, calls, Slack, email, the warehouse) and puts a single source of truth in front of every person and every agent across the org. The buying committee reflects where AI transformation is actually happening: engineering and support have seen massive productivity gains, legal is next, and revenue is just behind.
This company is helping shape what AI-first GTM looks like before the category has a name. Backed by $47.5M in funding and already serving tier-1 enterprise customers across various industries, this team is defining a new category with real production usage and they need someone to own how the world understands it.
This is an opportunity to be the first and only marketing hire at a technical organization at an inflection point, working directly alongside the CEO to build the company's voice from the ground up.

What You Will Be Working On
- Defining and owning the company's messaging and positioning for both technical and non-technical buyers, translating complex AI and data infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling language
- Building and running a strategic content engine (blogs, customer stories, exec POV pieces, LinkedIn, and product updates) as a team of one amplified by AI tools
- Owning the website and homepage messaging, workshopping changes directly with the CEO
- Running competitive intelligence and keeping the sales team armed with battle cards and current positioning
- Turning customer wins into reusable case studies and building customer marketing as a flywheel
What we're looking for
- True founding marketer. First or only marketer at a venture-backed B2B SaaS. Walked into a blank page and built - not inherited a team, a playbook, or a brand guide.
- AI-native product experience. Personally owned positioning and launches for an AI product, not just a product at a company that happens to use AI.
- Technical product chops. Has marketed infra, data, platform, dev tools, security, or AI infra to buyers who can read a system diagram. No consumer, no ecommerce, no video collaboration.
- Narrative and positioning instinct. Has a point of view, can hold it under pushback, and has shipped real messaging architecture, not just content.
- Founder-voice writing. Recent work under their own name they would be proud to put in front of a CEO.
- Founder mode. Has worked directly with a founder CEO before. Comfortable being challenged on positioning and challenging back.
