About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and fashion-forward Part-Time Stylist to join our EB Denim store team. This role goes beyond traditional retail, our stylists are the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and representing EB Denim’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing personalized styling advice and assistance.
- Drive sales by delivering excellent product knowledge and service.
- Assist customers in building outfits, offering styling tips, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system.
- Support inventory management, including restocking, receiving shipments, and assisting with floor sets.
- Uphold all operational and loss prevention standards.
- Represent the EB Denim brand identity and values.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement, including styling for in-store events or activations.
- Clienteling and generating client business.
Requirements
- 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion and styling with a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Comfort with technology, POS systems, and basic retail operations.
- Bonus: Experience creating content or engaging with customers via social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
