Responsibilities
- Clean, detail, wax, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery.
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Deliver on specific customer requirements.
- Maintain the proper function and care of all detailing tools and equipment.
- Keep the detail area clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Report any vehicle damage or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Work closely with teammates to keep vehicles moving through the process.
- Maintain a high standard of quality while representing the dealership with pride.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude and a can-do mentality.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Takes pride in doing things the right way.
- Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve every day.
- Strong work ethic with the initiative to step up when needed.
- Team player who enjoys staying busy.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
