What You'll Do
Keep Our Inventory Looking Its Best
- Photograph new and pre owned vehicles for our website.
- Ensure every vehicle has a complete, consistent, high quality photo set.
- Stage vehicles so they look clean and professional.
- Upload and organize vehicle photos.
- Monitor inventory to make sure newly arrived vehicles are photographed promptly.
Help Our Customers
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department.
- Help create an exceptional first impression for every customer.
Support Our Service Department
- Coordinate customer pick-up and delivery appointments.
- Occasionally pick up or deliver customer vehicles.
- Assist our Internal Service Advisor with administrative tasks and customer communication.
- Help keep service operations organized and running smoothly.
Be a Team Player
- Jump in wherever help is needed.
- Work closely with our sales, service, and office teams.
- Help improve processes and create a great customer experience.
