Commercial Furniture and Interiors Installer
Location: Eau Claire Business Interiors
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Eau Claire Business Interiors is looking for a reliable, hardworking Commercial Furniture Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver and install office furniture and workspace solutions for businesses across the region.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and provides excellent customer service. Since you’ll represent ECBI at customer job sites, professionalism and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, assemble, and install office furniture, workstations, and related components
- Also includes installation of window treatments, lockers, casework.
- Set up office products and ensure all installations meet customer expectations
- Safely lift, move, and install heavy products (must be able to lift up to 100 lbs)
- Load and unload ECBI trucks for deliveries and installations
- Unpack products, receive freight shipments, and inspect items for damage
- Verify quantities and materials by comparing packing lists to purchase orders
- Communicate with team members to ensure products are received, tracked, and staged correctly
- Read work orders and installation paperwork to prepare for deliveries and projects
- Drive company trucks to and from customer job sites (CDL not required)
- Help support the continued growth and success of ECBI
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Leadership mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction, assembly, or furniture installation experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools preferred
