This role offers a minimun base salary of $18 pre hour based on experience, its inclisive of bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs
- No Cold calling
- Present coverage options in a clear, helpful way so clients can make informed choices
- Prepare quotes, update policies, and support the sales process from start to finish
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and referrals with consistency and care
- Build lasting client relationships through reliable service and responsive communication
- Identify opportunities to round out coverage based on each client’s situation
- Work closely with the team to support agency goals and deliver a smooth client experience
- Maintain accurate records and keep client information organized in the system
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Prior 1 year experience in home and auto sales insurance in Florida prefered
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software
- Strong organization and follow-through with client requests and renewals
- Preferred familiarity with quoting systems, policy changes, and cross-selling opportunities
