- 6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
