Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with phone inquiries, reservations, and guest inquiries with professional phone etiquette
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, guest relations, and service quality at all times
Qualifications
- Previous host/host experience or food service background preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role
- Able to speak English and Chiness fluently

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
