dealership running efficiently and compliantly. We’re seeking a detail-oriented
and collaborative Title Clerk who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and

What You’ll
Do
- Prepare
daily deposits and ensure timely delivery to the bank
- Accurately
process tag and title work for both in-state and out-of-state deals
- Utilize
TitleTec and Dealertrack to manage title documentation and deal flow
- Track titles
and maintain organized records, including title numbers and state documentation
- Communicate
promptly with management and customers to resolve any title or registration
issues
- Stock in
used and dealer trade vehicles and prepare complete deal jackets
- Prepare and
process dealer trade paperwork, including payment coordination
- Handle
wholesale paperwork, titles, and maintain wholesale receivables
- Monitor
outstanding receivables and follow up to ensure timely payment
- Process lien
payoffs for funded deals, and Receipt incoming payments
- Communicate
professionally with customers and vendors for outstanding balances or
documentation needs
- Assist with
accounts payable tasks as needed
- Support
maintenance and tracking of dealer tags
- Perform
general office duties (e.g. filing, scanning, document organization, etc.)
- Support the
team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

- Previous
Title Clerk or automotive administrative experience
- Understanding
of tag and title processes (multi-state preferred)
- Experience
with dealership systems such as Dealertrack and/or TitleTec
- Experience
with dealer trades and wholesale processing
- Familiarity
with accounting support functions (A/R, payables, receivables)
