Job Responsibilities 

• Understand and implement dealership customer service
  
• Own and excel at every aspect of the dealership process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
  
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  
• Prepare and review monthly plans with customer service in mind
  
• Maintain Customer Service Index to dealership standards
  
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  

Requirements

• Experience, education and prior customer service training are a PLUS, but not necessary
