Position Summary:
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can provide exceptional service while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Have menu knowledge and answer guest questions confidently
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- Process payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with management and team members
- Follow all restaurant standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Weekend availability strongly preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
