Job Title: Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in organizing and supervising the store's operations
- Provide administrative support to the manager
- Assist in management of inventory and stock levels
- Use math skills to calculate sales, discounts, and change for customers
- Answer phone calls and maintain phone etiquette
- Assist with coverage of all Front of House positions including host, barista, expo, etc.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting or similar customer service related experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
