Freelance Plumber Needed – Ongoing Rental Property Work
We’re looking for a reliable Freelance Plumber to handle rough plumbing and general plumbing repairs across our rental properties. Steady work, flexible schedule, fast pay.
Responsibilities:
- Rough plumbing installs
- Repairs and maintenance (pipes, drains, fixtures)
- Read simple plans/diagrams
- Assemble and install piping using standard tools
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing experience
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading
- Able to work independently and keep job sites clean
- Reliable transportation and good communication
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
