On-Demand Maintenance Technician Needed
We are looking for a reliable local maintenance technician for flexible, on-demand work at rental properties.
Work may include:
Basic handyman repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs
Drywall patching and painting
Door, lock, and hardware repairs
Appliance troubleshooting or replacement
Light carpentry
Cleaning up after repairs
General property maintenance
Must be dependable, responsive, and able to complete jobs in a professional manner. Experience with rental property maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting is preferred.
This is flexible, part-time/on-demand work paid per job.
