What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at GL management?
GL MANAGEMENT IS HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Starting at $20 /hour based on experience
You should be able to:
• Install flooring
• Handle basic residential plumbing repairs
• Perform general home repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshoot common residential issues
• Work independently and manage your time
• Communicate when there’s a problem
• Show up when you say you’re going to show up
We’re looking for someone dependable, capable, and comfortable working on their own.
The schedule has flexibility because we understand people have lives, kids have sports, appointments exist. We’ll work with you when we can. We just need the same respect in return.
$20 /hour depending on your experience
