Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter(s) and Apprentice to join our painting team. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects, with a strong understanding of various painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including restoration, remodeling, and new construction sites. The Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools, brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools
- Preparations, Pressure Cleaning, Brushing and Rolling, Spraying
- Conduct renovation work including restoration of surfaces and structural elements
- Use construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting, or industrial painting environments
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and paint spraying equipment
Experience with plastering, caulking, stucco finishing is a plus
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Valid Drivers License, Reliable Transportation

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
