What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM SHIFT LEAD position at Eastwind Oliverea Valley?
Eastwind is looking for an Evening Supervisor to support the GM and management team with evening operations across both the hotel and restaurant.
This is a hands-on role for someone with hospitality and F&B experience who can help keep the evening running smoothly, support the team, and step in when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Support the GM and management team with evening operations
- Serve as a point person for the team during PM shifts
- Support both hotel and restaurant operations
- Assist the Front Desk and F&B teams with guest needs and operational issues
- Help ensure service and hospitality standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management when needed
- Assist with closing procedures and nightly operations
- Communicate important updates and follow-up items to the GM
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality, hotel, or restaurant experience
- F&B experience required
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
