The Maintenance Technician will work on a variety of Eastway properties located in Dayton, including both offices and housing units. This position will ensure properties are maintained properly and effectively and that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner. This includes general repair work including changing light bulbs, drywall repair, painting, unclogging drains, minor toilet repair, etc. Will meet regularly with supervisor for direction and evaluation and complete all necessary paper work as specified and required by supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Previous maintenance, repair, handyman/person, or building experience or training is desired.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Background check is required due to being a part of the Healthcare industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
