It will provide a healthy setting for adolescents to live, learn and develop. The Ranch is hiring Residential Specialists for 3rd Shift Full-time and PRN (Pool) positions on all shifts.
The primary responsibility of this position is to work in an adolescent residential treatment center with girls ages 13-17 who have experienced a high prevalence of traumatic events. Will be responsible for the overall implementation of policies and procedures while providing quality, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions and for the direct sight and sound supervision of the clients while in treatment.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Prior experience in either behavioral healthcare or working with teens preferred.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and safe driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- This position requires candidates to pass Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training. SCM training teaches de-escalation skills and physical restraint training used for client safety.
Employees should be able to work a variety of shifts which are:
1st shift - 7AM to 3 PM
2nd shift - 3 PM to 11 PM
3rd shift - 11 PM to 7 AM
