Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently licensed in the State of New York as a LPN (or pending license) – MUST be in good standing!
- High School Diploma or GED minimum
- Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community
- Ability to plan, monitor, and provide nursing care to the residents within the facility while taking pride in the quality care and services offered
- Desire to serve as a visible and productive member of the Crest Manor “family” including providing excellent customer service and care to the Crest Manor residents, their families, guests & visitors
- Ability to observe, monitor, document, and report any change in resident status and complete daily paperwork as directed/expected
- Ability to pass meds on our units quickly and efficiently as a team player
- Ability to work well with other staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs as well as interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible quality of care for residents
- Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work autonomously
- Must be able to work as a team member and take direction from RN Supervisors and other management

Schedule:
- Full-time/Part-time
- Day Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)
- Evening Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
- Night Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)
- Must be open to working alternating weekends & holidays
