Position Descriptions
Middle School Show Choir Director
Responsible for planning and leading all rehearsals and performances, selecting appropriate repertoire, coordinating program logistics, and fostering a positive and inclusive ensemble environment for middle school students.
Middle School Show Choir Assistant Director
Assists the Director in all aspects of rehearsals and performances, including vocal instruction, sectional work, student supervision, and preparation for events.
High School Show Choir Director
Oversees the artistic and administrative direction of the high school show choir, including repertoire selection, show design, rehearsal planning, and preparation for competitions and performances.
High School Show Choir Choreographer
Develops and teaches original choreography for the competitive show, leads movement rehearsals, and collaborates with the Director to ensure alignment between visual and musical elements.
High School Show Choir Pit Band Director
Recruits, rehearses, and conducts the live pit band; arranges or adapts music for student musicians; and coordinates with the Director to ensure musical cohesion throughout the production.
