Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and related equipment in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot and diagnose fire alarm systems and provide necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in fire alarm technology and industry standards.

- A current A, B, C or D electrical or systems technician license in the state of Massachusetts (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. (Required)
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including NFPA 72 and Massachusetts building codes.
- Ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (Required)

Salary : $70,000 - $115,000
