- Strong business and financial judgment, including experience with pricing, margin, portfolio, or P&L decisions.
- Ability to turn customer and market insights into clear choices and practical plans.
- A track record of working across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
- Comfort setting direction while also working through important details.
- Good judgment, curiosity, and the ability to make decisions when the answer is not obvious.
- A genuine interest in coaching others and building a strong team.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- Typically 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, pricing, sales, business management, or related commercial roles.
- Experience leading people or leading a complex cross-functional team.
- Experience working across regions and balancing near-term results with longer-term goals.
- Knowledge of the EMN Oxo value stream or coatings markets is helpful, but not required.
