How you'll help us innovate to build a better world

We are looking for new colleagues for performing production work in our Coating & Laminating area. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Manager. Primary responsibilities include:

• Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance
• Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

We would love to hear from people with

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum 2 years experience:
• In roll-to-roll converting industry
• Solvent based coating deposition and working in a hazardous rated environment
• Experience manufacturing Paint Protection Films & Window Films
  

Further requirements specific to this role

• You understand and follow all safety procedures
• You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
• Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility
