What You’ll Experience

- Annual Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 (equivalent to $25.00–$31.25/hour), based on licensure & experience
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays

- Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer
- Licensure supervision funding (up to $65/week)
- Provide individual and group therapy to 4–5 adult clients per day in community settings
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with ACT best practices
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with families, community partners, and referral sources
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in Welligent EMR
- Participate in the rotating on-call crisis schedule to maintain ACT model fidelity
- Uphold ethical standards, trauma-informed practices, and client-centered care
- Licensure: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LPC (provisional or full NC licensure required)
- Experience: Community-based work preferred; must be comfortable meeting clients where they are
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and passion for serving vulnerable adults
- Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and documentation abilities
