Your Role in Our Mission
As a Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Therapist on the team, you will provide specialized counseling, assessment, and care coordination for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) within a clinic setting. Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting individual/group therapy, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with medical staff to support recovery.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - 56,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $57,000 for this full-time exempt position
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays

- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer
- Supervision for licensure
- Have master’s degree in a related field;
- Be fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline—either LPC, LCSW or LCAS;
- Have documented experience with the population to be served
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
