Compensation Analyst — Make an Impact


We’re seeking a dynamic Compensation Analyst to help shape our future. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Director of Payroll and Benefits to build our compensation philosophy and structure from inception to roll out.


✅ 4 years of Human Resources experience including 2 years in compensation.

✅ Expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structures and job evaluation.

✅ Strong knowledge in FLSA, pay equity and compensation compliance.

✅ Excellent communication and team building skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
