The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting. Additional responsibilities include:
- Prepare financial models for revenue, operating expenses and cash flows, including budgets, forecasts and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis.
- Track investments and trends to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Work as a team player with focus on the organization’s mission/vision and values.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Professionally represent the organization, clearly communicating our mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations, internally and externally.
- Effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business field with a finance background
- Five (5) years’ experience in finance related field
- Non-profit, healthcare environment experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budget, and project management
- Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other analytical tools such as PowerBI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $84,000 annually
