Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking Direct Support Associates to join our program and help individuals thrive in their communities. In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence.
You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed.
Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$20/hr
Your growth matters to us! Advance your career through our DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.
Hours: This is a full-time, benefit-eligible 30 hour/week role, Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability
- PTO begins accruing on your first day!
- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
- 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
- Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment
- Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
